Returns Criteria

We're sure you'll love your Tish Lyon jewellery, but if you need to return your items, please read the following details. 

If you purchased your items directly through Tish Lyon, we will be more than happy to accept returns based on the following criteria.

All Tish Lyon jewellery has a 1 year warranty. If you encounter an issue with damaged or faulty goods, we will accept returns within 1 year of purchase date.

If you choose to return an item because it was a) ordered incorrectly or b) you have changed your mind, the goods MUST be returned to us in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase.

All returns of damaged or faulty goods must be confirmed by the Tish Lyon team by either telephone (01202 573333) or email correspondence.

Download the returns Form

Once confirming with the sales team, make sure to print and include this form in your returns package. Failure to include this form may result in your goods not being accepted by Tish Lyon.

Step 3

Post your returns

Securely package your returning items with the returns slip. Please ensure that any worn pieces of jewellery are securely sealed in a bag and clearly marked as 'worn' before sending them to us. Please post your return to the following address:

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us at the below address. Tish Lyon cannot take responsibility for goods lost in the post, we therefore advise that you send any returns on a tracked/signed for service at your own cost.

Once we receive your returned items, we will assess the goods and proceed with the replacement, refund or store credit. During this process, we will also endeavour to refund the standard postage fees in the form of store credit.

Important Information

  • If we deem the goods to be faulty, you will be offered either a replacement or a credit on your account. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis only.
  • If we deem the goods to have been damaged due to customer misuse, the item/s will be sent back to you.
  • If a customer chooses to return an item because it was a) ordered incorrectly or b) they have changed their mind, the goods MUST be returned to us in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase. If, upon return it appears the goods have been opened, tampered with, or used, we will be unable to issue you with a refund and the goods will be returned to you.
  • Any discrepancies within your order must be reported to us either by telephone or email within five working days of having received your order. If you exceed this timeframe, then we will no longer be able to take the discrepancy into consideration.

Purchased Tish Lyon from a stockist?

If you didn't purchase your jewellery directly from the Tish Lyon website, please get in touch with the business you sourced it from to discuss their returns policy. If you encounter issues with your jewellery, the stockist will need to get in touch with us on your behalf to arrange for a replacement.
