How do I work with your attachments?

The collection of Tish Lyon attachments are designed to be used with a variety of stems, making them versatile and customisable for multiple piercing types. Make sure to pair our attachments with our solid gold and titanium stems.

What carat should I pierce with?

We recommend using our range of 14ct solid gold jewellery for initial piercings. 18ct solid gold can also be used, but 9ct solid gold is not recommended due to its lower purity levels. Consider using 9ct gold for upgraded curations.

Why do I need a wholesale account?

Tish Lyon is dedicated to supplying established piercers and retailers looking to grow their luxury piercing range. We require any buyer to have a wholesale account, which our sales team will manually verify. This account will give you access to pricing information, order history and access to your cart.

Returns

I've changed my mind. Can I return my jewellery?

If you choose to return an item because it was a) ordered incorrectly or b) you have changed your mind, the goods MUST be returned to us in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase. If upon return it appears the goods have been opened, tampered with, or used, we will be unable to issue you with a refund and the goods will be returned to you.

Please note, this is only applicable to direct purchases through Tish Lyon, and does not apply to customers who have purchased from Stockists.

Is there warranty on my Tish Lyon jewellery?

All Tish Lyon gold pieces have a 1 year warranty.

I purchased a Tish Lyon piece from a stockist but I have an issue. Who do I contact?

If on the rare occasion an issue arrises with your jewellery, you will need to get in touch with your piercer or store you purchased it from. They will then be able to get in touch with us to arrange a replacement.
